Our Mission Statement... "The Modoc County Arts Council, Inc., is a county-wide non-profit community service organization established in 1981, serving Artists and Art Organizations within Modoc County, and is funded for the most part by the California Arts Council, a State agency. The Purpose of the MCAC, Inc., is to provide guidance, technical assistance and programs to Modoc County Artists, Art Organizations and the Public Schools, that will help foster art and art-related activities as requested from the community to stimulate enthusiasm for Artistic Endeavors that become and remain self-perpetuating; and to accept gifts and donations for such use by the Modoc County Arts Council, Inc."  |  |
